You can troubleshoot this by navigating to https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IA (you will need Microsoft admin permissions) and selecting the existing application called 'Jamf Pro'.

Check that there are no typos in the Basic SAML Configuration section
- Navigate to Manage > properties, and confirm that Enabled for users to sign-in? is set to Yes and Toggle Assignment required? is set to No
In Google, confirm the app config is also toggled on.
